Rock has been a member of the Free State Corvette Club since 2007. Rock has served as the Sergeant of Arms, has been the MC for Corvette Weekend in Ocean City and has worked several other events through the years.

Owning a Corvette has always been a dream come true.  Getting to enjoy the Corvette hobby with others in the club has been a real blast.  The club always comes together to support one another and achieve whatever the goal.

Rock and his wife Marty have always enjoyed the friendship and fun that the Free State Club has offered.  We’ve had a lot of fun on the many excursions the club has organized and we’re looking forward to many more to come.

Barbara has been a member since 2008. After purchasing their 2001 Magnetic Red Convertible and attending Jeff  & Tafi Grant's wedding, she and Keith were seated with the group of Free State Corvette members. They were so kind and gave us more than enough information to want to join the club. We like it so much we fell into the C7 epidemic and purchased "BLIZZRD", our 2014 Z51 triple black convertible. Barbara has been Activities Director for the past two years and is going to do it again. We love our Spina Bifida charity event in Ocean City and hope to continue working to keep it going. We have developed a whole new family of friends and enjoy activities with all of them.

I’ve been a "come back kid" member since December 2016 thanks to my friendship with John Henry, along with knowing many others in FSCC since my original membership back in the mid/late 1990's and into about 2004. I have enjoyed my time back this year especially meeting members, and getting reacquainted, I look forward to 2018 and getting to know more members and participating in more events.

My dream of owning a Corvette began in 1958 when an uncle gave me a ride in his new Vette! I finally realized that dream in 1993 when I purchased a 40th addition coupe. That has lead to my owning a 1963 SWC Z06, a very rare car; and six or seven other Vettes - to my current 2016 C7.R, which is a rather car unto itself.

As the "new Veep" (have tough act to follow in Rock) I hope to work with the Board and membership to continue and build on the Club traditions and excellence in its charitable programs and HAVING FUN!
